Shipping Information
1.	When will my order arrive? Every product on our site has an estimated Lead Time - the number of business days it takes for an item to be processed and prepared for shipment at the warehouse. To provide you with the greatest selection on the internet, we ship from warehouses all over the country. Each lead time varies based on many different factors. Some warehouses stock items that can be shipped the same day or within 24 hours. Others items require a longer time (e.g. 2-4 weeks). Each product page on our site includes the estimated Lead Time below the shipping method: "Leaves warehouse in ________ ," to give you an idea how quickly your order will leave the warehouse. 2.	When will my order ship? We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible. Therefore, we have established strong relationships with some of the best delivery companies nationwide, including FedEx, UPS and various Motor Freight companies. Every product on our site has been carefully selected to ship by a particular shipping method in order to provide you with an optimal delivery experience. For example, gazebos, storage sheds and larger picnic tables will ship Motor Freight. Smaller items, such as most swings, benches, gliders and chairs will ship UPS, FedEx, or DHL. When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. If you place an order now - or anytime one of our specials catches your eye - and you want us to delay shipping, we will be happy to oblige. Just let us know when you want it to arrive - Christmas, a birthday, a holiday - we will even hold it until next spring. Returns and Damage
1.	How do I return my order? Is the item you received not what you expected? Did it not fit as well as you hoped in your space or match your décor? Whatever the reason, you won't be stuck with an item you cannot use or that you do not want. You may return your purchase for any reason within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price excluding our shipping and handling costs. Our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of these products our actual outbound shipping costs will still be deducted from your return/refund. In addition, most of our items carry a restocking fee which will be deducted from your return/credit should you wish to return them. If a product arrives damaged, or we made an error, and it cannot be remedied with replacement parts we will pay to return the item to us and send a replacement to you. If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement, the item can be returned under our standard return policy. Save your return tracking number, and if possible, email it to us so that we can track the return. It is important that you save the tracking number and that you insure the return package in case there are any issues during transit. If it is an error on our part, we will issue a Call Tag to have your item picked up by UPS, FedEx, or DHL. 2.	What if my order arrives damaged? PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY. DO NOT DISPOSE OF THE BOX OR ANY PACKAGING MATERIALS UNTIL YOU HAVE INSPECTED YOUR ORDER AND ARE SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT YOU HAVE RECEIVED.If your product was shipped to you by freight carrier (i.e. Estes Express, PJAX, Roadway), please inspect the product for visible damage before the carrier leaves. If the driver does not agree to wait, note this on the delivery receipt. Please make any notations on the delivery receipt. Please do this before signing the delivery receipt. REGARDING FREIGHT DELIVERIES: Consumers are REQUIRED to be home and MUST inspect shipment contents when accepting delivery of your items from the commercial transport company. If your order has sustained damage, you MUST note it when signing and accepting delivery for insurance compensation. Please do not refuse commercial shipment of a freight delivery as it will be considered a cancellation of the order and the customer will still be responsible for round-trip freight and restocking charges. Please sign delivery receipt and make sure to note any damage and inform TeakDesigns.com immediately for prompt restitution. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the product within 30 days of receipt as long as the product is returned in new, unused, and resalable condition inside its original packaging. All products properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund to the original method of payment. We will credit you for the total purchase price, upon receipt of the product, less any applicable restocking fees. A restocking charge may apply to specifically noted products.
